Mugging Week
It’s the end of the semester! Surprised right? Me too! It’s like I was just here and soon, I’m about to leave. It’s too soon, really, but I am glad. I may love the weather here, somehow, my hair became much smoother, but that’s besides the point. I miss the food!!! Ok, I shall not overstate how much I miss the food. It’s enough to express how much I miss the food… you get my point.
Anyway, exams are in one week. One thing that freaks me out in university is the grades that I am getting. I don’t mean to boast, but seriously, it’s such a vast difference as compared to the grades that I’m getting in college and high school. Back then, I was struggling- grades are always below average, usually failing, to the point where I feel absolutely demoralised. Over here, it is a different case, to the point where I am beginning to wonder whether the teacher marked my papers wrongly. However, I always have this impression that Singapore’s education standard is sky-rocket high and if I should be performing better than average… Yeah, pressure pressure pressure…
My exam schedule!
27th Oct (Sat) 9.15am-12.30pm: Stats 102
30th Oct (Tues) 2.15pm-4.30pm: Psych 108
1st Nov (Thurs) 9.15am-12.30pm: Mgmt 101
3rd Nov (Sat) 9.15am-12.30pm: Educ 113
Honestly, it’s a good schedule- short, sweet, enough time to rest in between. So much better than my A level’s schedule, really. After that, my younger bro’s coming and we’re heading towards Rotorua for some adventure sports. Hopefully, I’ll be able to find my guts while screaming my lungs out doing the oddest things ever. I’m so not gonna do the bungy though.
I’m going home on the 10th of November. Have I mentioned that?
Please remind me to study. I am so addicted distracted by the game, Desktop Tower Defence, that as of yesterday, I spent 6 hours defending my desktop and 1.5 hours studying stats. Lol…
