I think that you'll find the standards much higher and paper slightly harder than the Malaysian-syllabus. That said, do not despair if you find that you're not able to do most of the papers. Most importantly is to score in your English paper as I think that it is highly significant in the panel's consideration. I have no tips on how to prepare for this, apart from reading, expanding your vocabulary, and probably think of topics to write about.
